FarmTableDirect LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the FarmTableDirect platform (the "Platform"). This Privacy Notice explains the personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. We collect only the information necessary to operate the Platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account Information: Your email address. For farmers and ranchers, we also collect name, farm name, location details, product categories, farm story, and product listings.
• Location Information: Consumers may provide a ZIP code so that nearby farms can be displayed on the map and in search results. Farmers provide county or regional information to enable discovery by buyers.
• Usage Information: Basic activity data on the Platform (such as farms viewed or saved), used solely to maintain and improve Platform functionality.

The Company does not process payments for farm transactions or any third-party transactions and therefore does not collect payment-related information.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect only to:

• Create, maintain, and administer user accounts.
• Display relevant nearby farms to consumers.
• Enable farmers and ranchers to create and manage their storefronts.
• Send account-related communications, including registration confirmations, service updates, and important notices.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only with the limited service providers required to operate the Platform, and solely as needed for those services:

• Supabase, for account authentication and database hosting.
• MailerLite, for transactional and service-related email communications.
• Zoho Mail, for support correspondence.

We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to protect the safety, security, or integrity of the Platform and its users.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use minimal local storage in your browser to maintain signed-in status and store basic preferences. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics that identify individual users, or any technology that sells or shares browsing data.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Platform and fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, or as required by law. When you delete your account, we remove your account information from active systems. Residual copies may remain in secure backups for a limited period before being permanently deleted.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we maintain.

6. Your Choices

You may update your account information at any time through your profile settings. You may delete your account at any time. Account deletion is permanent, if you later wish to use the Platform, you will need to create a new account.

7. Children's Privacy

Although the Platform is intended to be family-friendly, it is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

8. Changes to This Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Notice.
